Monti Sibillini National Park
The Monti Sibillini National Park is shared between Umbria and the neighbouring region of Marche to the east. On the Umbria side, it's located within the Province of Perugia.
Established in 1993, it covers a total geographical area of 697 square kilometres and rises to a maximum elevation of 2,476 metres above sea level. Places of interest nearby include the colourful Castelluccio on the Piano Grande, Norcia, Preci, Sellano and Cerreto di Spoleto. |
